We only serve dinner on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with no set menu: each evening we decide what to bring to the table according to what the earth and the season offer us. This is our way of guaranteeing you the freshest, most genuine ingredients and choices that are always sustainable.

Breakfast

Every morning breakfast is a surprise: three courses accompanied by our freshly baked sourdough bread. We use ingredients from our organic garden and products from small local producers, such as EVO oil, honey, jams, vegetables and eggs from the free-range hens and geese of Follonico.

Snacks

We offer snacks and chopping boards prepared with simple, authentic ingredients: cold meats, cheeses, homemade bread, vegetables and preserves from our garden. A genuine break, to be enjoyed outdoors while admiring the Tuscan countryside around us.

Dinner

Three evenings a week we offer simple, authentic and sustainable local cuisine. Family recipes with a few high-quality ingredients. Dinner, served at 8 p.m. for all guests, includes three hors d'oeuvres from the garden, homemade pasta and dessert.
