Our land
At Follonico we cultivate land, time and relationships: vineyards, olive groves, vegetable garden and animals coexist in harmony in an organic ecosystem of love, care and simplicity. The management of our farm is strictly organic and devoted to the utmost respect for the environment that surrounds us.
Farm
A farm without animals is a body without a soul. Everyone has a role: horses and donkeys give us manure, hens lay eggs, dogs keep foxes away, Smurf the rabbit entertains guests and cats seek cuddles.
Vineyard
Our south-facing vineyard between Valdorcia and Valdichiana (290-380 m) produces 95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet from 18-year-old vines. With the help of winegrower friends, we make a small production of wine for the agriturismo.Garden
